This clamp was designed to work better with after market forks and bars.

It is not a compression like the SCS

It really helps when you need to make a higher slit in your bars to install most after market forks. Though, most guys are just putting it on their scooters just because it looks tight.

This clamp only works on oversized(HIC) bars, or oversized aluminum bars. We do sell a standard clamp that fits standard sized bars***

**This clamp will not work for standard 1-1/4 inch bars. If you have standard 1-1/4 bars like ultra pro, nipple, nawt, or viper bars, and any other standard bar this clamp will not fit**
